With a strong background in sports and a passion for maximising recovery, Tom has worked extensively with veterans and athletes. As an expert in exercise prescription for chronic conditions, he designs targeted rehabilitation programs that enhance recovery, optimise performance, and improve long-term health.

His passion for innovation has driven him to integrate Non-Thermal High Energy Laser (LLLT) into his treatment approach, witnessing remarkable improvements in recovery times and patient outcomes.
